Move Multiple Appointments to the Clipboard

You can move multiple appointments to the Clipboard in the Clinician List and Reception views:

  1. Highlight multiple appointments by using SHIFT+Click for a block of adjacent appointments; CTRL+Click for non-adjacent appointments; or click on the session name to select every appointment in the session.
  2. Click the Move appointment(s) to Clipboard button.

    A message displays Moving appointments to Clipboard.

  3. The appointments are removed from the session and a confirmation message displays.
